DECEMBER 23
A dog at large was reported in the 1000 block of East Eighth.
Melissa Ryberg, Wellington, was cited for theft of services.
Sabrina Hoss, Wellington, was cited with theft.
An animal bite was reported in the 500 block of South G.
Core Hughes, Wellington, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and obstruction of legal process in the 800 block of East 16th.
Shawn Janney, Wellington, was arrested for failure to appear for giving a worthless check.
Criminal trespass occurred in the 400 block of South Washington and the 400 block of North B.
Suspicious activity was reported in the 1300 block of North A.
DECEMBER 24
A battery was reported in the 1100 block of East 16th.
Gary Gonzalez, Wichita, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and speeding.
Property was found in the 200 block of West Harvey.
Criminal damage to property was reported in the 900 block of East Ninth.
A non-injury accident occurred at Lincoln and Elm involving a vehicle operated by Joseph Byers, Wellington, and parked vehicles owned by Melody Wells, Wellington, and Mike Carriger, Melvern.
Cody Davis, Wellington, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance in the 100 block of South Elm.
DECEMBER 25
Criminal damage to property, tires damaged, occurred in the 300 block of South C.
DECEMBER 26
Timothy Hays, Wellington, was cited for dog at large, no city tag and no proof of rabies vaccination.
The theft of a vehicle occurred in the 100 block of South H.
Criminal trespass and obstruction of law-enforcement officers by juveniles occurred in the 100 block of West Lincoln.
Jeremy Smith, Wellington, was cited with disturbing the peace in the 400 block of East Maple.
