A cruelty to animals report was taken in the 200 block of East Lincoln.
Anthony Reep, Conway Springs, was cited with illegal registration and no proof of insurance.
Criminal use of a financial card was reported in this city of Wellington.
On December 21st, Shannon Garton, Wellington, was served a summons/complaint for a charge of theft.
Heather Kinnamon, Wellington, was arrested on a Wellington bench warrant for disorderly conduct. Kinnaman was also served a summons/complaint to appear for domestic violence battery and disorderly conduct.
