Wellington Police Reports for January 6 – 8, 2012
JANUARY 6
Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia was investigated in the 200 block of West Botkin.
A burglary and theft occurred in the 700 block of West 22nd.
Laqueecha Nicholson, Wellington, was cited with dog at large, no city tags and no proof of rabies vaccination.
A hit and run accident occurred in the 400 block of North Woodlawn, Wellington, involving an unknown vehicle and a fixed object owned by Eugene Deffenbaugh, Wellington.
Brice Marshall, Wellington, was cited on charges of unlawful discharge of a firearm.
Joseph Byers, Wellington, was cited with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.
Ezekiel Voshell, Wellington, was cited for unlawfully disposing of litter at Wellington Lake.
Suspicious activity was reported in the 500 block of South Olive.
JANUARY 7
Domestic violence battery was reported in the 100 block of East 12th.
A wallet was reported lost in the 1100 block of West Eighth.
Burglary and theft of decoys was reported at the Wellington Lake.
Mark McClure, Oxford, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, contributing to three children’s misconduct, driving on a suspended license, driving with no headlights in the 900 block of E. Woodsway. Two juvenile males were detained and charged with possession of marijuan, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of tobacco by juveniles.
JANUARY 8
Austin Keefer, Burrton, was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 800 block of East Fourth.
