JANUARY 9
Officers responded to an alarm in the 2300 block of West Ninth.
Jennifer Mildfelt, Winfield, was a victim of burglary in the 300 block of Michigan.
Mark Mozingo, Winfield, was a victim of a hit and run accident in the 1600 block of Mound. Shannon Rackleff, Winfield, was arrested/cited for leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident.
Britnie Banja, Ark City, was arrested/cited for driving under the influence and endangering three children in the 6000 block of 252nd Rd.
Christopher Heater, Augusta, was cited for public urination in the 2200 block of Pike Road.
Michael Brooks, Winfield, was cited for no brake lights in the 800 block of Main.
Christopher Hasty, Ark City, was cited for dog at large and no city pet license in the 300 block of North Massachusetts.
Angela Chaisson, Winfield, was cited for dog at large in the 700 block of East Sixth.

Bret Miller, Winfield, was the victim of burglary in the 1200 block of Menor.
Lisa Markley, Winfield, was a victim of burglary in the 1500 block of Millington.
Robby Sherman, Winfield, was cited for dog at large in the 1600 block of Andrews.
Mitchell C Wood, Wichita, was cited for dog at large in the 2100 block of West Fifth.
Electra Knowles, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 400 block of Viking Boulevard.
