JANUARY 11
Amanda Thurber, Winfield, was a victim of burglary and theft in the 100 block of North Massachusetts.
Jennifer Sandell, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 300 block of North Massachusetts.
Brenda Spears and Kevin M Wedman, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 700 block of East Fourth. Spears was cited for improper backing.
Betsy F A Poley, Winfield, was a victim of criminal trespass in the 300 block of East Fourth.
Damyan Pentecost, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 1100 block of Harris.
JANUARY 12
Officers responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of Michigan.
Hastco Inc., Topeka, was a victim of criminal damage to property and theft in the 2300 block of West Ninth.
An Ark City woman was a victim of domestic battery in the 600 block of East Seventh.
Brenton Jett, Ark City, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 300 block of East Ninth.
