Arkansas City Police Reports for January 19 – 23, 2012

JANUARY 19

A male and female, both of Ark City, were victims of aggravated assault in the 400 block of South Eighth. Richard Lumley, Ark City, was arrested in connection. Lumley was also arrested for violation of a protection order.

An Ark City female was a victim of criminal damage to property in the 900 block of North 10th.

Timothy Hasty, Ark City, was arrested on an outside bench warrant in the 500 block of South 10th.

Kan Pak was the victim of criminal use of a financial card.

A theft occurred in the 3000 block of North Summit.

Tiffany Anderson, Ark City, was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 100 block of West Central.

Chad Lee, Ark City, was arrested for violation of a court order in the 800 block of South Sixth.

An Ark City male was a victim of criminal trespass in the 1000 block of North First.

JANUARY 20

An Ark City male was a victim of criminal damage to his vehicle in the 700 block of East Central.

Anthony Luna, Ark City, was involved in an injury accident in the 2900 block of Valley View.

A juvenile male and Luke Beatty both of Ark City, were involved in a car/pedestrian injury accident in the 2400 block of North Summit.

Natalea Archer, Ark City, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 700 block of West Skyline.

A vehicle was impounded at First and Monroe.

Dustin Hand, Kendra Eads, Ruston Watts, Taylor Hobson, and Lynlee Kerley, all of Ark City, were arrested for minors in consumption in the 900 block of West Skyline.

Joshua Schlecht, Winfield, was arrested on a bench warrant at the Cowley County jail.

Ashley Lopez, Ark City, was arrested for driving under the influence at Fifth and Second.

JANUARY 21

Francisco Paez, Ark City, was arrested for driving with a suspended license in the 200 block of West Radio Lane.

Thomas Davison was arrested on an outside warrant in the 200 block of East Taylor.

Ryan Standerfer and Addam Porter, both of Ark City, were arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Three juvenile males were arrested for possession of marijuana, paraphernalia and curfew at Buchanan and Summit.

JANUARY 22

Rogers Family Dennis was a victim of criminal damage to property.

Billy Massey, Ark City, was arrested in the 1200 block of South G.

JANUARY 23

An Ark City female was a victim of hit-and-run in the 1200 block of West Radio Lane.

Ansuan Hollingsworth, Winfield, was arrested on a municipal bench warrant.

JW Hopkins Jr, Ark City, was arrested on a municipal bench warrant.

Kasey Powell, Ark City, was arrested for minor in consumption in the 1000 block of South C.
