Betty Nelson, 80, of Arkansas City, Kan., passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at the South Central Kansas Medical Center in Arkansas City.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Springside Cemetery near Arkansas City. Visitation will be held on Friday from 9a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Hawks-Shelley Funeral Home & Crematory of Arkansas City, with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
