Joshua R Kier, Winfield, was a victim of burglary and theft in the 1300 block of Fuller.
Russell L Leffew and Jeri L Murphy, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 2300 block of Main.
Phomsouvanh Keophonthepha, Winfield, was involved in a non-injury accident when she struck a parked and unattended vehicle owned by Dorinda S Alberts, Winfield, in the 1100 block of Stewart.
