Walter Lee Mathiasmeier, 87, of Arkansas City, Kan., died Thursday, January 26, 2012, at the Wesley Medical Center of Wichita.
The rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Arkansas City. Burial will follow in the Riverview Cemetery.
A memorial has been established with the Sacred Heart Catholic School. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
