A local woman has been arrested on a charge of involuntary manslaughter in connection with the poisoning death of two-year-old Davin Manly last fall.
Jennifer D. Bowman, 24, Ark City, was arrested Friday by Winfield Police, who picked her up on an arrest warrant issued through Cowley County Dist. Court.
Bond for Bowman was set at $10,000 and she already has been released, according to jail records.
Bowman was babysitting Manly in October when he ingested rust remover and later died.
