Viengphone (Vinnie) Phouiphainh, 42, of Arkansas City, Kan., died Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at her residence.
Funeral services are scheduled for noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home. Cremation will follow. The casket will be open Thursday and Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
