Paxton Ryan Ouellet, 3, passed away Monday, February 20, 2012, at his residence in Lawrence, Kan.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home in Arkansas City. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
A memorial has been established for the Paxton Ouellet memorial fund. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
