Connie Rae Willoughby, 60, of Silverdale, Kan., died Tuesday, February 28, 2012, at the South Central Kansas Medical Center.
Funeral services have been scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home in Arkansas City. Pastor Stephen Butler will officiate. Burial will follow in the Silverdale Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
