Joseph Curtis Waterman, 43, Ponca City, Okla., formerly of Arkansas City, Kan., died Thursday, March 22, 2012, at the Ponca City Medical Center.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home of Arkansas City. Burial will follow in the Memorial Lawn Cemetery.
A memorial has been established with the American Diabetes Association. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
