The Grouse Creek Muzzleloader Club will hold a Spring Rendezvous next month near Dexter.
The event is set for April 6 to 8 about four miles from town on Grouse Creek Road. It will feature reenactments of the life of a mountain man prior to 1840.
There will demonstrations with black powder weapons, bow and arrow, hawk throw and skillet throw. Events for children also will be included. A ladies shoot is set for Sunday morning.
Primitive tents and modern campers are welcome. Those coming in just for the day are welcome as well.
