Forgeries and thefts were investigated in the 100 block of North Washington and the 1100 block of West Eighth.
Criminal damage to property was reported in the 100 block of East Walnut.
Shanea I Wolf, Wellington, was cited with a defective tag light.
Suspicious activity was reported in the 200 block of East 19th.
A non-injury accident occurred on private property in the 1100 block of West Eighth involving a vehicle operated by Alan D Rowan Jr, Wellington, and a
