Thomas Alvin Hagan, 74, of Arkansas City, Kan., died Thursday, April 12, 2012, at his residence.
Funeral services have been scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Kansas Veteran’s Cemetery in Winfield. The Rev. Harold Gross will officiate. Friends may greet the family from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
