Amphone Mouangdy, Winfield, was a victim of disorderly conduct in the 1800 block of Ames. Thakhone Khounsavanh, Winfield, was arrested in connection.
Bobby Jo Davison, Ark City, was arrested for outstanding warrants, one count of felony obstruction of official duty, and two counts of burglary.
Jeremy Smith, Winfield, was arrested for attempting to elude, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance, obstruction of official duty and possession of meth.
