APRIL 18
Officers responded to an alarm in the 400 block of West 13th.
A Winfield woman was a victim of domestic battery, criminal restraint, and criminal threat in the 2700 block of East 12th.
Tia Phengvongsa, Winfield, was a victim of criminal damage to property in the 400 block of East Sixth.
Adrianne M Ledy, Winfield, was a victim of harassment by telecom device in the 2100 block of Main.
Kevin L Kenemore, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 1300 block of Main.
Sanona O Barnett-Tovar, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 300 block of North Massachusetts.
APRIL 19
Darron D Stokes, Memphis, TN, was involved in a non-injury accident in the 100 block of East Eighth.
Juanita F Dubowsky and Bonnie S Williams, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 800 block of Main. Dubowsky was cited for improper backing.
Max Namphengsone, Winfield, was a victim of criminal damage to property and theft in the 200 block of West Ninth.

Lukas Hasty, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 700 block of Main.
Michelle Carter, Winfield, was cited for failure to stop in the 2100 block of Simpson.
Yuwarat Shrestha, Hutchinson, was cited for speeding in the 700 block of Main.
A juvenile and Nicole Nichols, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 600 block of East Ninth.
Hometown Rental, was a victim of theft in the 1000 block of Main.
Mery Rosales-Cruz, Wichita, and Christopher Kane, Sterling, were involved in a non-injury accident in this 3700 block of East Ninth. Kane was cited for improper passing and Cruz was cited for an expired tag.
Bryon Chavez, Winfield, was a victim of a hit and run in the 200 block of Welfelt Drive.
Patricia Brewer, Udall, was a victim of a hit-and-run in the 2300 block of Main.
Vickie Bomar, Winfield, was involved in a non-injury accident when she struck an unattended vehicle owned by Pat Fromm, Winfield, in the 900 block of E Elizabeth.
Dwayne Hardy, Winfield, was arrested on three outside warrants in the 1100 block of East 19th.
