APRIL 25
William R Bunch, Wellington, was cited with disobeying a stop sign.
Battery and a child in need of care was investigated in the 800 block of East Fourth.
Burglary and theft were investigated in the 2000 block of East 16th and the 900 block of West Seventh.
Drake A Martin, Wellington, was arrested for domestic battery in the 200 block of East Lincoln.
Suspicious activity was investigated in the 700 block of North F.
A theft was reported in the 500 block of West Lincoln.
Jarod W Riggs, Wellington, was arrested for operating a vehicle without insurance and no tag light in the 1100 block of East 10th.
Jason C Andrews, Gardner, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and defective tail lights in the 200 block of West 15th.
A non-injury accident occurred in the 100 block of East 15th involving a vehicle operated by Herbert L Wallace Jr, Nevada, MO, and a tree branch.
APRIL 26
Batteries were investigated in the 200 block of East Fourth and the 1100 block of South C.
Suspicious activity was reported in the 500 block of South Jefferson and the 200 block of North F.
Criminal damage to property was reported in the 100 block of West Third.
Austin D Schoeman, Wellington, was cited for no proof of insurance and defective headlights.
APRIL 27
Officers assisted an outside agency in the 2000 block of East 16th.
A battery was investigated in the 600 block of North A.
Suspicious activity was checked in the 200 block of South Washington, the 1400 block of Michigan, and the 400 block of South C.
A violation of a court order was reported in the 700 block of North Washington.
A vehicle was impounded in the 200 block of North G.
Identity theft was reported in the 1800 block of North A.
Officers investigated a burglary and theft in the 400 block of South G.
APRIL 28
Keith M Ramey, Wellington, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
A battery was reported in the 300 block of North Olive.
Animal at large, public nuisance, animal trespass and vicious dog was reported in the 400 block of East Ninth.
Criminal trespass was reported in the 800 block of North Olive.
Criminal damage to property was reported in the 600 block of North A and the 500 block of East Harvey.
Suspicious activity was reported in the 1400 block of North Stewart.
APRIL 29
A non-injury accident occurred on private property in the 2000 block of East 16th involving a vehicle operated by Lisa L Hamilton, Wellington, and a light pole owned by Walmart.
A battery was reported in the 1100 block of South Jefferson.
APRIL 30
A child in need of care was investigated in the 1000 block of South Jefferson.
Loretta L Wiley, Wellington, was cited with theft, obstructing official duty and falsely reporting a crime.
Disorderly conduct and harassment by telecom was investigated in the 300 block of North B.
On April 26, 2012, officers investigated criminal damage to property in the 100 block of West Third.
