Frances Lorraine (Tootsie) Harris, 74, of Winfield, Kan., died Wednesday, May 9, 2012.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Miles Funeral Service. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery. Pastor Ted Brown will officiate. A visitation will be held on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. The family will greet visitors during this time.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made in Tootsie’s name for her church, New Hope Fellowship Church in Winfield. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
