William D Dearmond, Winfield, was a victim of hit-and-run in the 1300 block of Hillside.
Brice E Kieffer, Ark City, was arrested for driving under the influence in the 100 block of East 19th.
Angelica M Avila, Scott City, was cited for speeding in the 700 block of Main.
Garrett J Mangrum, Winfield, was cited for speeding in the 700 block of Main.

Officers responded to alarms in the 19000 block of 81st Rd. and to the 1100 block of Main.
Keoto Phettehavong, Winfield, was a victim of hit-and-run in the 700 block of East Third.
Christopher L Bruner and Teresa K Sutton, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident at Fifth and College. James E Pulliam, Winfield, was cited for no proof of insurance and allowing person to operate vehicle.
