Beatrice (Chisholm) Rakestraw, 73, of Arkansas City, Kan., died Saturday, May 19, 2012, at the Presbyterian Manor Health Care Unit.
Graveside services will be conducted at Springside Cemetery at 10 a.m. Tuesday with Pastor Pete Seidel officiating. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home in Arkansas City.
A memorial has been established with the Arkansas City Public Library. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
