Darrell Lewman, 65, of South Haven, Kan., passed away Thursday, May 24, 2012, at the Robert J. Dole VA Hospital in Wichita.
Graveside memorial services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Newkirk Cemetery in Newkirk, Okla. No visitation is scheduled.
A memorial has been established with the American Cancer Society and may be left with the Hawks-Shelley Funeral Home and Crematory in Arkansas City.
