Mark E. Barnes, 43, of Arkansas City, Kan., died Thursday, May 31, 2012, in Woodward, Okla.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church in Arkansas City. Interment will follow in the Parker Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
A memorial has been established for his children’s education and (HYRA) Heartland Youth Rodeo Association. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
