Wellington Police Report for June 26, 2012
A non-injury accident occurred at US 160 and Boundary involving vehicles operated by Jason L Harmon and Tena L Morgaridge, both of Wellington. Harmon was cited for failure to yield right-of-way on a left turn.
Criminal damage to property was reported in the 100 block of North Washington.
Suspicious activity was reported in the 600 block of East Hillside.
A bicycle was found in the 300 block of North C.
A burglary and theft was investigated in the 800 block of North Olive.
Lisa Riggs, Wellington, was cited for allowing a minor to drive. Jacob Riggs, Wellington, was cited with disobeying a traffic signal and no valid drivers license.
A non-injury, private property accident occurred in the 1200 block of Shady Lane involving vehicles operated by Kristin Branam and Larry Fischer, both of Wellington.
Christopher Williams, Wichita, was cited with a cracked windshield and no proof of insurance.
Janson Brooner, Wellington, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of meth and headlights required in the 200 block of West 17th.
Theft, criminal damage to property and domestic violence battery was investigated in the 700 block of North Jefferson.
