Fifteen mailboxes were damaged overnight in the 8000 block to the 15000 block of 75th Rd.

A dog killing chickens was reported in the 2400 block of 82nd Rd.

Identity theft was reported in the 6000 block of US 160.

A rock hauler was reported losing rock off it’s load in the 18000 block of US 160.

Two prisoners were transported to the Cowley County jail for the Ark City Police Dept.

Deputies talked to a county resident at the Ark City Police Dept concerning a landlord/tenant dispute in the 7000 block of 316th Ct.

A criminal damage report was taken in the 11000 block of Hovsepian Lane.

A harassment complaint was taken in the 31000 block of 61st Rd.

Deputies were contacted regarding a traffic complaint in Floral.

The welfare of a resident was checked in the 32000 block of 57th Dr.

Deputies checked for a possible drunk driver traveling eastbound on US 160 from 151st Rd.

A vehicle was found parked partially on the road in the 7000 block of 172nd Rd. The owner was contacted and advised to have the vehicle towed.

A civil domestic property dispute was checked in the 7000 block of 172nd Rd.

Deputies were contacted regarding a child custody issue by an Ark City resident.

A female was reported seen jumping from a moving vehicle and being chased by a male who had exited the same vehicle. It was found that the female and two males had been swimming. The female had gotten very intoxicated and had gotten sick on the way back to Winfield. The driver was attempting to stop when the female jumped from the vehicle. A male passenger then got out and was attempting to check her injuries and keep her from running down the road. The driver, Brandon DeHamer, Winfield, drove the vehicle into the ditch causing enough damages to require an accident report. He was also found intoxicated and was arrested for driving under the influence. The female was transported to by the Winfield Emergency Services to the Winfield hospital. She had minor injuries to her head, knees and feet.

An individual was seen walking from beneath the south bridge at Ark City. The male stated he was currently camping near the bridge because the neighbors at his actual house were bothering him.

A reckless driver was reported to be northbound in the 29000 block on the US 77 Bypass at Ark City.

Winfield Police officers were assisted by deputies in locating and stopping a vehicle reported to be involved in a theft from the Winfield Walmart.

An alarm at a commercial building was checked in the 700 block of Main, Winfield.

A pedestrian reportedly seen walking in the 22000 block of US 77 was checked.

Cattle were out in the 13100 block of 82nd Rd.

Tyler Ray Markley, Winfield, was arrested on a probation violation charge.
