Richard Michael “Mike” Padgett, 63, of Stroudsburg, PA., passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at his home.
Memorial services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday (July 12, 2017) graveside at the Riverview Cemetery in Arkansas City, Kan.
Cremation was performed by the Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home in Stroudsburg. Committal services will be provided by Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home in Arkansas City.
