Philip Dale Moore, 96, a lifelong resident of Wellington, Kan., passed away at his home Friday, July 7, 2017.
Graveside Services will be held at the Belle Plaine Cemetery on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, July 14, 2017 from 1:00 – 8:00 P.M. Family will greet friends at the funeral home from 6:00-8:00 P.M.
Memorials have been established with the American Red Cross and the Avenue of Flags. Memorials can be mailed to or left at the funeral home. Frank Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
