Thomas Allan Rowe, 78, of Arkansas City, KS, passed away Friday, September 1, 2017, at his home after a long battle with cancer.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at The First Church of the Nazarene, 1928 N. 11th, Arkansas City. The family will greet friends from 2:00 P.M. till service time at the church. A memorial has been established in Mr. Rowe’s name for the Arkansas City High School, Softball and Baseball Programs. Contributions may be made through the Shelley Family Funeral Home.
