Eugene M. Wheeler, 84, of Oxford, Kan., passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2017, at William Newton Hospital in Winfield.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 9, at 2:00 P.M. at the Dunamis Church. Graveside services will follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Winfield on Friday, September 8 from 6-8 P.M.
Memorials in Eugene’s name may be made out to the Dunamis Church and may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Winfield.
