Harold “Dick” Norris, 84, of Wellington, Kan., passed away Friday, September 29, 2017, at his home.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at the Shelley Family Funeral Home in Wellington. Visitation will be held, Tuesday, October 3, 2017 from 9:00 A.M., until 8:00 P.M. with the family present from 6:00 until 8:00 at the Shelley Family Funeral Home in Wellington.
A memorial has been established with the Avenue of Flags and may be left with the funeral home.
