Child custody issue in the 13000 block of 88th Road
A white 1997, Ford Truck, driven by 57 year old Lawrence Nuckols Jr of Winfield was turning into a driveway in the 20000 block of 85th Road and struck a chipper trailer owned by Alsplundh. No injuries were reported and Nuckols Jr. was issued a citation for no proof of insurance and making an improper left turn.
