Jennifer KayAn Phillips, 46, of Winfield, Kan., passed away Sunday evening, October 15, 2017, at William Newton Hospital.
Private services are being held at Southwind ResCare. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
A memorial has been established in Jennifer’s name to defray funeral expenses. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
