Madisyn Babcock, a senior at Winfield High School, has seen her unique senior pictures suddenly go viral.
The 17-year-old Babcock has alopecia, a condition that causes hair loss. For her senior photos, Babcock was feeling self conscious, according to a feature story at Yahoo! Lifestyle.
“I usually wear head covers due to the bald spots, so going entirely bald and exposing my head was new for me,” Babcock told Yahoo!. “I decided to paint my head to raise awareness and to promote natural beauty. My mom, an artist, was the perfect candidate for my head masterpiece.”
Babcock went with a floral design that was painted on to her head for the photo shoot. She worked with Ark City photographer Chelsea Taylor.
