Ralph Edward “Ed” Lewis, 68, of Winfield, Kan., known to some of his family as Butch, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2017, at his home surrounded by his family.
Services will be held Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Miles Funeral Service. Interment will follow at Riley Memorial Cemetery east of Sedan, Kansas. Visitation at the funeral home will be Tuesday evening from 5 to 7 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to benefit Ed’s grandchildren’s education. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
