Phillip Lee Hatcher, 55, of Arkansas City, Kan., passed away Monday, December 18, 2017, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
Memorial services will be held Friday, December 22, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at First Assembly of God Church in Ark City. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
A memorial has been established in Phillip’s name to help defray funeral expenses. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
