Tammy J. Stewart, 59, of Mayfield, Kan., passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017.
In accordance with Tammy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. No funeral services are scheduled.
A memorial has been established with the Wellington Humane Society. Contributions can be left at or mailed to the funeral home.
Frank Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
