Billy Wayne Herl, 50, of Winfield, Kan., passed away Wednesday morning, January 24, 2018, at his home.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
A memorial has been established in Billy’s name for the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
