Cowley County authorities arrested an Ark City driver Thursday afternoon following a rollover accident on U.S. 77 highway.
24-year-old Zachary Ozbun was booked into the county jail on charges of driving while suspended and driving under the influence.
Just before 5 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 31000 block of 77 near the Cherokee Strip Land Rush Museum. A white 2001 Chevy Suburban and rolled over onto its top.
The Suburban left the roadway for an unknown reason and the accident then occurred.
30-year-old Jeremy Trevino was a passenger in the vehicle. He was not injured.
