Motorist assist in the 11000 block of 211th road
Cowley County Sheriff’s Deputy was requested to do a welfare check on an individual in the 4000 block of 52nd Road. The reporting person had not heard from he person. Sheriff’s Deputy made contact with the individual and everything was ok

Motorist assist in the 23000 block of 31st Road
Cattle in the roadway reported in the 9000 block of 41st Road. Sheriff’s Deputy checked the area and did not locate any cattle out
Cowley County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the 31000 block of US 77 for a rollover accident. Officers with the Arkansas City Police Department assisted. A white 2001, Chevrolet Suburban, driven by 24 year-old Zachary Ozbun of Arkansas City, was traveling in the 31000 block of US 77 and went off the road where the vehicle rolled. Arrested for driving on a suspended license and driving under the influence was Ozbun. A passenger, 30 year-old Jeremy Trevino of Arkansas City was not injured during the incident. Ozbun was transported and booked into the Cowley County Jail.

Cowley County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to the jail to serve warrants on Dustin and Amanda Wogoman for giving a worthless check.
Cowley County Sheriff’s Deputy assisted Winfield Police with a traffic stop in the 3300 block of Main and transported the driver of a towed vehicle to Arkansas City.
Cowley County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the Hackney Coop area, 22000 71st Rd to check on a vehicle but were unable to locate it.
Cowley County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to the 16000 block of 71st Rd for a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area. The vehicle belonged to a homeowner in the area.
