Maintenance Technician / 1st Shift

Our Winfield, Kansas facility has a full-time opportunity available for a 1st Shift – Maintenance Technician. This position will be responsible for the safety and quality of machine set up and repair, monitoring, troubleshooting and adjusting equipment to assure continued efficient operation.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, demonstrate effective communication skills, have excellent attendance, safety and housekeeping records, possess leadership qualities, and have a desire to excel.
A high customer focus on safety and quality as priorities are a must.
Interested applicants should have at least 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience with a preferred emphasis on industrial electrical troubleshooting and PLC communications.
Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, equipment/machine operation, and mechanical aptitude is a plus.
