Michael Richard Torrance, Sr., 70, of Winfield, Kan., passed away early Friday morning, February 2, 2018, at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center in Houston.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Millington Place located at 9th & Millington, Winfield.
A memorial has been established in Michael’s name with the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through Miles Funeral Service.
