Ruth Marie Westfall, 83, of Winfield, Kan., passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2018, at her home surrounded by her family.
Memorials Services will be held at 2 P.M., Saturday, February 10 at the First Presbyterian Church in Winfield. No visitation is scheduled.
