Rebecca Zoe (Owen) Rhodes, 57, of Arkansas City, Kan., died Thursday, February 8, 2018, at the Via Christi Medical Center – St. Francis Campus of Wichita.
Memorial services are pending and will be announced at a later date. Cremation has been effected.
An education fund has been established for her grandchildren through the Ark Valley Credit Union. Contributions may be made through the funeral home or at the credit union.
