Velma Jean (Herren) Strader Stoy, 82, of Wellington, Kan., passed away Wednesday evening, February 21, 2018, at Wellington Health and Rehab.
In honoring Velma’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
The family will greet and receive friends at Frank Funeral Home, 417 N. Washington, Wellington, KS on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 1:00 – 2:30 P.M. followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 2:30 P.M. Interment will follow the service at the Argonia Cemetery in Argonia, KS.
A memorial has been established with the Wellington Humane Society. Contributions can be left at or mailed to the funeral home.
Frank Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
