Cowley County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 6000 block of 312th Rd. Arkansas City for a domestic disturbance. Robert Gammon was arrested for Sexual Battery and Domestic Battery.
Cowley County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to the Sumner County line to assist Harper county in completing a transport to Preferred Family Health in Winfield.
