Deputy stopped to check on motorist in the 9000 block of 132nd RD. No assistance needed.
Subject came to the Sheriff’s Office to report two missing decals.

Deputy was dispatched to the 8000 block of 21st RD for a driving complaint. Driver was contacted and was having difficulties driving against the wind.
Deputy responded to the 3000 Blk 61st Rd for an employer/employee dispute over a semi-trailer. Issue was resolved between the two parties.
Cowley County Deputies responded to the 200 Blk of south Church for a runaway. The juvenile had been reported missing from the Wichita area. He was located and taken to juvenile intake.
A loud music complaint was reported in the 17000 Blk of Sunset Strip in Winfield. Music had already been shut off.
Victor Hugo Hernandez Escarcega was arrested in the 17000 Blk of Sunset Strip for Driving Under the Influence and Transporting an Open Container.
Debris reported in the roadway in the 11000 Blk of US 77 Hwy.
