Mobile grocery service could be coming to your area of rural Cowley County.
Cowley First is seeking input from the community on an Anchor Market mobile grocery truck program for this county. Based on results from a survey, communities will be selected to be served by the truck.
The survey info will also be used to determine the best day and hours for the Anchor Market to visit particular areas.
Anchor Market will make regular stops in the county to provide convenience for residents who would like to purchase groceries without traveling a great distance. The survey, officials said, is also a way to raise any concerns about the service, so that they can be addressed.
