James E. Terrill, 79, of Arkansas City, Kan., passed away Monday, April 2, 2018, at his residence.
Funeral services have been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 5, 2018, at the Rindt-Erdman Chapel. Pastor Jimmy McCullough will officiate. Burial will follow in the Parker Cemetery.
A memorial has been established for the Spencer Ralston Post #1254 V.F.W. or the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
